Margaret's Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:
1 box Golden (butter) cake mix and bake as directed
in 9x13 pan.
Reserve 1 cup batter for icing.
Icing:
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 cup sugar
3 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup reserved cake batter
Cook on top of stove until thickened, or in
microwave 8-10 minutes on high stirring every 2
minutes until thick. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well and pour
over cake.

Ingredients:
1 pkg cream cheese
⅓ cup sugar or Splenda
1 tub Cool Whip
1 (6 oz) graham cracker crust
1 can of sliced peaches
Preparation:
Mix cream cheese & sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Add
peaches to mixture. Pour mixture into graham
cracker crust. Chill for 3 hours (if you can wait that
long!)
