Lemon Pie

Ingredients:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 egg yolks
½ cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker or shortbread crust

Mix eagle brand and egg yolks. Add lemon juice.
Pour into crust. Chill. Can top with Cool Whip or
meringue, if desired. Works well with lime juice too.
