We would appear to be at a standstill on this recent affair, which I fully appreciate you’re probably by now as sick and tired of it as I am, as I have been for years as regards Mrs Hillgarth’s constant bickering.
We are not aware of any reply to our letters of 16 April 2016 (in full response to yours of 15 April) nor indeed ours of 27 April 2016 (in direct response to the 22 April letter received from RBK&C, Mr S. Belafonte Esq., Tenancy Relations Officer), nor indeed a reply to our letter to Mr Belafonte again dated 27 April 2016.
This tardiness in communication is somewhat indicative of that which we experienced with Mrs Hillgarth on a number of occasions when queries were raised, queries answered, and requests made to her but totally ignored until the next round of her queries, and again replies made and yet more requests from MHML again ignored. We, like you no doubt, wish to bring this matter to a conclusion which is being made all the more difficult if we do not receive even an acknowledgement of correspondence let alone a reply.
As hopefully you are aware, our letter of 27 April did enclose a wealth of email correspondence copies which hopefully confirmed many of the various denials we have made to date against the accusations and slurs communicated to us in all your correspondence to date. Another bundle is also here attached in the hope we can bring this affair to a conclusion leaving myself and MHML totally exonerated from innuendos to date.
To that end and to yet further establish the paucity, impropriety and sheer fantasy of those same comments and slurs please find attached copy email correspondence and various documents which totally refute and totally disprove yet further the accusations and slurs made maliciously by Mrs Hillgarth to which we still require apologies for and firm confirmations of the untrue nature of her malevolent comments to date:
1_The keys affair (namely Mrs Hillgarth’s accusations of being the only lessee charged for keys) (ref C) Please find attached MHML invoices to Flats 1 and 9 for keys charged at same rate as to her. (Please note: we are advised that we will NOT be supplying our supplier’s invoice for keys for obvious security reasons as these are registered and numbered security keys available only on request by the registered owner, MHML, and not available to lessees and certainly not to those lessees subletting without prior permission)
