Abstract Smoked food has been synonymous with the life of society nowadays. Smoked food
can be cooked by a variety of methods. Most smoked foods are more synonymous with the sale
by roadside traders and run by small traders. The purpose of this project is to design a more
efficient smoker with a guaranteed level of food hygiene itself. The project will be tested to
demonstrate the function and effectiveness of the project itself. The project will first be
analyzed for the existing design. Then the idea of a design will be processed. To determine the
best design, the design will be examined through morphological charts. Then the design will
be processed into 3d drawing using cad (solidwork). Then cfd analysis will be conducted for
each design before proceeding to the next step. After that, the selection of the best design will
be done and proceeded with a detailed drawing. Thereafter, the design will be processed into
the actual product through the fabrication and installation process. For the latter process is, the
product will be tested by cooking food to prove the effectiveness of the product.
