Abstract In the industry sector it is very common to works and handle heavy parts or objects
while working and it have to emphasize due to the risk and efficiency of the handling operation.
Manual handling a heavy parts or objects exposes workers to lifting hazards especially when
the parts need to be lifted to a higher ground. Lifting heavy objects does not only dangerous
for the workers it also consume times and energy causes the works less efficient. There is
products such as trolley in helping to move heavy parts or object from place to place easing the
workers but still the lifting of the parts or objects to a higher ground is unsolvable. The main
objective of this product is to develop a more efficient trolley that helps to solve the problems
of heavy lifting and reduce the lifting hazards for the workers. The development of the trolley
would have an adjustable base platform that will lift the heavy objects or parts and will be very
useful for the industry workers.
