Abstract This project titled as design and development of Peanut skin removal machine
focusses on a smaller design of peanut skin remover or peanut blanching machine with suitable
used for small business and home appliance. Thus the machine also will be focusing on the
new design of the skinning unit. To determine structure behaviour, many method have been
employed. Out of them generally used method are stress analysis. In nowadays, legume
industries have using peanut skin remover in different application with different type of unit
part .
