Abstract In the present scenario, transportation is one of the primary priorities for individuals
to travel goods or themselves from one place to another place. Transportation is a significant
challenge for the physically disabled, but the mobility of people with physical disabilities is
one of the greatest concerns in society. The safety of users, especially people with disabilities,
is the first and most important thing to consider, but the modified motorcycle with two
additional wheels attached to the rear part of the vehicle is highly unstable during cornering,
resulting in an increase in the risk of accidents due to the slippage and rollover of the
motorcycle. The use of a three-wheel motorcycle tilting mechanism would reduce the rate of
damage inflicted by slippage and rollover. The main part of the motorcycle that needs to be
concerned is the rear structure and the arrangement of transmission system. This system
conversion provides an independent movement. Therefore, it also provide the opportunity for
the researcher to develop a new structure of swing arm to allow the flexibility of the system
work. The inclusion of power transmission into the arrangement of the new structure also
                considered.
