                Abstract This project titled the Design of Mixer Blade for Wastewater Treatment Process
                focuses  on  an  issue  for  the  mixing  process.  In  the  industry  world,  the  purification  of  the
                wastewater process has become of great importance for global environmental protection by
                using a biological or non-biological treatment method. This project improves the design of the
                mixer that can make improvements to the mixing process used in the company and study the
                behavior of the fluid flow. To determine the characteristic of fluid, flow many methods have
                been  employed.  The  method  of  simulation  analysis  has  been  made  by  using  the  Flow
                Simulation in SOLIDWORKS software. This method has been used for many years which
                started in the early 1970. The treatment process in the casting industry has many benefits such
                as provides clean and reusable water, protect the environment, keeps disease away, strengthens
                the economy, and produces energy. By using the proper designing of a mixer, all these benefits
                can be achieved.
