About Being a Grandmother
2 Peter 1:3, God has given Christians all that we
need to live a godly life. Because of the
indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in a
believer’s life, 1 John 4:4 tells Christians that
“greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the

because we choose to do so and not because we
do not have God’s power to resist temptation (1
Cor. 10:13), and many times Christians will
choose to compromise a godly testimony in
order to be accepted by family and friends.
Sadly, most professing Christians today blend

unbelieving family members and therefore
suffer no persecution for “righteousness’ sake”
(Matt. 5:10), nor do they make any kind of an

Jesus was a “friend of sinners,” but those
associations were for the purpose of calling
those “sinners” to repentance, not to “have fun”
