Be Not Conformed to This World

According to Malachi 2:14-15, one of the

reasons for marriage and preserving the

marriage relationship is to offer to God “a godly

seed” as a result of that union. The parents’

primary goal should be to direct their children to

personal salvation in Christ and then encourage

their children to submit themselves as a living

and holy sacrifice for God’s use and pleasure

(Rom. 12:1). Children being raised in Christian

homes should be taught that true Christians will

live distinctly different lives from unbelievers,
