4.      BEST PRACTICES


                   ➢  Cite as many best practices as you can on Parameter E (Graduation Requirements
                       Learning)
                          o  The College Dean/Program Chairperson in coordination with the Campus
                              Registrar check, evaluate, and update students’ graduation requirements such as
                              legal documents and academic records from time to time;
                          o  Incomplete grades and other lacking requirements for graduation are posted in
                              the bulletin board for the student’s information;
                          o  College graduating students’ meeting is conducted to advise them on the solution
                              and satisfaction of their corresponding graduation requirements that are still
                              lacking;
                          o  Prior to the conduct of a university-wide Academic Council Meeting, College and
                              Campus Academic Council Meetings are conducted to determine the final lists of
                              graduating students. The College Academic Council Meeting, comprising of the
                              Dean, Program Chairman, faculty, campus registrar/staff and the graduating
                              students, trace problems on students’ grades and other graduation requirements
                              and consequently look into doable and practical solutions. During the Campus
                              Academic Council meeting, graduation-related problems that were not solved
                              and which require other/proper authorities and further discussions are presented
