3.  Add all the scores under Q, E and T for each work activity of the rate and get the
                          average point. The average scores under Q, E and T for each performance indicator
                          is to be multiplied with the corresponding weight of each activity to get the weighted
                          average for each performance activity.
                       4.  Multiply the average point by the assigned weight of the performance indicator and
                          get all the sum of weighted average point. Add all the weighted average to get the
                          final rating.


                                 Add all Overall Weighted Scores to get the Total Overall Score or Final
                          Numerical Performance Rating
