the same.” The students cheered and applauded as Adriana,
Samaria and Katey smiled at each other.
“And last but not least, I am going to have my secretary
make as many consent forms as we need for your parents to
sign giving permission for you all to go to Tallahassee on De-
cember 1st. in fact, your parents can come with you. Bring
your lunches if you like but any meals purchased on the way
to Tallahassee and back will be paid from the school’s trea-
sury.” The students cheered. “Now again, we want prayer, we
want prayer.”
The students joined in chanting, “We want prayer, we
want prayer.”
The Girls Meet with Agape
“I’m so glad that you could meet with us on such short
notice,” Katey said.
“It is an honor,” Agape responded. “I don’t know if you’ve
heard or not, but they have somehow found a way to pass a
law to take prayer out of our schools,” Adriana said.
“My little informant informed me of that this morning,”
Agape said. “What do you all have in mind?”
“We are planning a protest march,” Adriana said. “Bril-
liant, I like it,” Agape responded.
“The march will be on December first and we’ve contact-
ed every student that we could through social media, phone,
etc. and the responses have been rapid,” Samaria said. “So
far we’ve counted 2,300 students.”
“Big number,” Agape responded. “Well, I guess it’s safe
to say that I, along with the Youth Disciples for Christ, have
touched base with over 7,000 youth over Florida.
The girls cheered in excitement.
“I wanted to surprise you and meet you all there, but you
