        This is every home buyer’s dream—a virtual tour of a
        prospective home. This can cut hours off a buyer’s looking
        time and separate the wheat from the chaff regarding which
        home prospective buyers want to visit next.

        Taking potential buyers on a walk through of their future
        home could be just the motivation they need to schedule a
        showing and ultimately make a purchase decision.

        Consider  a guided tour, with  someone walking in front of
        the camera or providing a voiceover later.

        There’s always someone in your circle who has a great
        voice, so if it’s not you, ask this other person for a favor.
        Otherwise, you can hire a voiceover professional through an
        on-line agency.

        POINTS TO REMEMBER:

        « Include good-quality pictures that show your home to
        the best advantage in your fliers, advertisements, and
        on-line marketing.

        « If you cannot shoot good-quality photos, hire a
        professional or ask your real estate professional for
        help.

        « Following the 80/20 rule, remember to emphasize the
        unique features of your home—the ones that will set
        it apart from otherwise similar homes listed in your
        area.
