to deliver timely feedback and promote students' active engagement in the
revision process. By leveraging this platform, students can readily seek
clarification and revise their texts based on the feedback received.
Briefly, the advances in information and communication technology
(ICT) of the present day allow educators to provide feedback, which is
facilitated by various learning platforms. Even though technology is not a
panacea for all educational problems (Irons & Elkington, 2022; Thamrin &
Fahri, 2023), it is beneficial to support students and lecturers. Whether in an
emergency or a normal situation, assisting the instructor in providing
interactive, expeditious, and sustainable feedback is advantageous. She
believes platforms such as Google Docs, Zoom, and other social media can
provide feedback efficiently. In addition, technology-mediated learning is
growing in popularity worldwide (Irons & Elkington, 2022).
In addition, the lecturers found Google Docs effectively provides
feedback to students interactively, which they never try to use. They can give
feedback anytime and anywhere. The students can monitor if their writing
script has been reviewed. So before the tried out session, I assisted them how
to give feedback on the students’ writing file by using the “chat” feature of
google Docs.
Although all lecturers are aware of the benefits of Google Drive for safe
storage, they rarely use it in their classrooms. As a result, they agreed to use
Google Drive to store students' assignments. This condition support the
research result by Sadik (2017) students viewed Google Drive as an easy-to-
