should be genuine, relevant, intriguing, and demanding. The teachers
then went over the learners, looking for difficulties and giving some
hints to some of them. After the teachers provided mediation and
resolution to the existing issues about students' writing subjects, they
offered hints to the entire class. Based on the hints and mediation, the
students independently rewrote their themes before reviewing them
for improvement.
The second phase is the idea-generation and structuring
phase, essential in supporting students in developing ordered material
and structure in the writing process. This stage permits pupils to
consider their ideas with facts in their writing. As a result, they must
brainstorm, branch, cluster, and discuss ideas with teachers and peers
while researching relevant sources and then free writing.
Finally, there was a revising step in which the teachers
demonstrated the requirements for a successful essay to aid the
students in becoming effective writers and assessors. The lecturers
then explained a writing sample to help students produce a decent text
regarding substance and organization.
3) Self- and Peer Assessment
Self-assessment (SA) is another alternative evaluation that
focuses on students evaluating their learning progress about the
learning objectives. SA enables students to independently check and
