Several scholars have carried out the models of the blended learning in writing

instruction.
a) Station Rotation Model (SRM)

Station rotation takes place within a classroom where students rotate

among an online station, teachers-led station, and collaborative station

with the teacher's direction. Aldukhi (2021) investigated the

implementation of SRM in teaching a descriptive text. He had all phases

of the station rotation model inside the classroom. In his intervention, he

divided the station into three phases. First, in the online station – every two

students shared one iPad as a medium to learn the material related to the

topic via the YouTube video. They did the online exercises of writing a
