upholding the law. If justice is not enforced or the rule of law

has been violated, then there will be destruction and can be
               divided, customs strictly forbid this.

                                        wood builder,

                                        traditional binaso alang cadiak,
                                        alang alim corrupts religion. 122

If a case is resolved by a person who is not an expert or
a person who does not uphold the truth, then destruction will

come, because a case must be handled by an expert and based
               on the truth.

               5. Transparency (Transparency)

Minang customary doctrine has responded to such
openness clearly and decisively. As stated by his uncle:

                                        Basuluah jo matohari,
bagalanggang mato rang a lot. 123

Transparency or openness is a principle possessed by
Minang customs because a community trust is built with

openness and clarity. This is a job that has a responsibility

               towards the wider community.

122 Idrus Hakimy, Mustika Series, p. 126, which means: Builders who
are not experts in destroying wood, scholars who do not actually destroy
customs, pious people are not experts in destroying religion.
123 Idrus Hakimy, Mustika Series, p. 117, which means: A torch
(torch) with the sun, walking around with the eyes of the crowd.
