mamak and a member of the community who

cares, cares for his hometown and cares for his
community. So a father functions as a natural

educator for his biological children, and also as

a social educator, namely a ninik mamak in his
native family and as a supervisor for his nagari

Since childhood in the family, the educated
receive direct education from their parents, and

guidance from mamak and ninik mamak and

provision for his creation. It can't be empty as John
Locke argues, besides that there is a will or activity

                      factor.

According to Langeveld, these two factors are
owned by adat, as mamangan states: Cocoran atok

jatuahnyo ka palambahan juo. (roof shower falling into

the drain too). This proves that a person who is born
into the world brings talent, a potential that is at least
