Administratively, the surau is managed by
community leaders, but there is also a surau that

is managed directly by an ustadz (buya) who

founded it.
2) Family

The family is a place where children hang
out with the main educators, namely their parents

and siblings. This place is the smallest unit in a
community group that functions as a place to

prepare students for social life in society,

therefore the family institution is very important
and as a determinant in the formation of

character, behavior and character of a human
being. If this institution is not strong, then it has

a direct impact on the personality of the nation,
on the other hand if this institution is strong, then

the nation will be strong. As described in the

following Minang proverb:
