I. Educators and Students
1. Educator
Langeveld concludes about the nature of educators in a
pedagogical manner that:
An educator must be an adult because the relationship
between a child and an immature person cannot create
an educational situation in the true sense. One of the
characteristics of maturity is the existence of authority
and authority that comes from trust and affection

between educators and students.
It was explained above that the main trait that must be
possessed by educators is maturity. For that to be an educator
he must be an adult, one of the characteristics of adults is the
responsibility and authority that comes from trust and love
between educators and students. So that the obedience of
students is not based on fear or strict discipline.
Regarding who is the main educator, Imam Barnadib
explained that: “Every person who deliberately influences
other people to reach maturity. We can call here only two
