provide education to their children, the education is called informal
education. The family is the unit of living together that is first
recognized by children and is therefore called the "primary
community (main educational environment)".
School education, the authority of the state based on laws
made and mutually agreed upon by members of the public. In terms
of state operations, it is represented by schools, which then
constitute a special environment called the school environment. At
school the child develops the education he has received in the
family. The school environment is the second educational
environment, where all elements of educators, students,
administrators, counselors live together and carry out regular and
planned education.
Community education, the authority of religious
associations is based on obedience to God such as mosques or
surau. In the mosque environment, students can consciously get
along with the community such as ulama, Koran teachers and
people who consciously carry out socialization in activities carried
out at the mosque or surau.
Ki Hajar Dewantoro viewed education in terms of the place
where it was held and stated that "the three central areas of

education are families, schools and youth associations."
