customs by the Minang tribe are called Minang customs or

           Minangkabau customs.
The Minang people's view of life has developed in line with

the course of history. Adat whose substance contains universal

values in it remains unchanged but in certain parts it contains
flexibility or flexibility that allows for a change. Therefore, custom

is dynamic and can keep up with the times.
The customary doctrine that contains the dynamics is in the

form of a treasury that must be interpreted carefully and deeply.
Therefore, these doctrines must be selected, studied and arranged

to build a construction, in this case the construction is related to the

           idea of educational thought.
For further discussion, it is better to start with a definition

of Minang adat. Indeed, a lot has been said about it, and one of
them is Akhirudin Latief “Adat is a mutual agreement and is jointly

supported. If the community no longer supports it, then the
                                               24
customary order will be abandoned.” .
Adat is an agreement that is mutually agreed upon and

supported by a group of people. This statement is very simple,
