12.  Employees are required to maintain the security of Bank
                  documents, records, money and property of the Bank.
             13.  At the end of business hours, all Bank’s documents and money
                  shall be kept in a locked place or at a designated place.
             14.  Employees are required to maintain and protect every working
                  equipment that he/she uses.
              15.  As soon  as he or she knows of  any loss or damage to the
                  equipment of the Bank, the Employee shall immediately report it
                  to the Department Head or his supervisor.
              16.  All work equipment owned by the Bank is only permitted to be
                  used solely for the benefit of the Bank.
              17.  Employees are prohibited from transferring equipment owned by
                  the Bank  from the Bank s  environment unless it has received
                  written approval from his/her Head of Department
              18.  No later than 14 working days after the date of the change, the
                  Employee shall notify the Management in writing of any changes
                  in the following matters:
                  a.  Address;
                  b.  Home and mobile phone numbers
                  c.  Marital status (being single, married or divorced);
                  d.  The composition of family, i.e. detail of marriage, birth, death,
                     child adoption, and address of the closest family.
                  e.  Full name, complete address and telephone number of next
                     of kin who can be contacted in an emergency.
                    The data recorded at the Company binds the Employees.
                    Employees are fully responsible for any consequences due to their
                  negligence in reporting changes to personal data.
              19.  Indonesian language is the official language used in the Bank.
              20. All Employees must be able to use English language to prepare
                  reports  and to communicate with their expatriate supervisors.
