CHAPTER IV
                                     SENSE OF ORDER
                                         Article 10
                             General Rights and Responsibilities

              1.   Employee is obliged  to understand, obey  and implement the
                  Collective Labor Agreement as work guideline.
              2.   Employee is obliged to always bring individual Identification Card
                  issued by the Bank, with the following rules:
                  a.  Must wear it during the Employees stay in the Bank.
                  b.  Should Employee resigns and or terminated from the Bank,
                     such Identification Card must be returned to the Bank
                     through the Human Resources Department.
                  c.  Any expense incurred from re-issuing new ID card due to a
                     loss of card must be borne by the Employee concerned.
              3.   Employeess must carry out their duties properly.
              4.   Employeess must comply with work orders.
              5.   Employeess must comply with working hours.
              6.   Employeess must comply with the provisions of occupational
                  safety and health.
              7.   Employees must be  honest, timely, wise and meticulous in
                  carrying out their duties.
              8.   Employees shall work with full attention.
             9.   For any reason  without prior written  permission from the
                  Management, the Employee is prohibited to work for another
                  Bank.
             10.  Employees are prohibited from entering  or accepting other
                  people into  the Bank 's environment, unless they are directly
                  related to the performance of their duties, and  have been
                  granted permission from their superiors.
             11.  Employees are prohibited from disseminating any confidential
                  information, data and news relating to the business or activities
                  of the  Bank  and its customers, in accordance  with Bank
                  regulations, except those directly related to their duties and with
                  the prior permission of their superiors.
