Attitude and Personal Appearance
1. Courtesy
As Employee of the Bank, every Employee is responsible and
obliged to take part in the establishment of good public image of
the Bank.
Employee must always behave assertively yet well-mannered, be
respectful, honest, and polite.
Customers/clients are the sources of income for the Bank, and all
Employees must always be polite and professional whilst serving
the clients at the Bank’s office, on the telephone or by letter.
2. Telephone manners
All Employees must behave assertively yet well-mannered,
respectful, and polite as well as attentive on the phone, especially
in communicating with customers.
3. The use of office communication equipment for personal use.
Office communication equipments include telephone, telex
and/or fax machines.
Any personal use of the above equipments should be minimized.
However, when deemed necessary, communications made for
personal use through one of the above equipments shall be
charged accordingly to the user.
4. Clothing
All Employees are required to wear clean, neat and appropriate
clothing, as well as having a proper hairstyle.
For male Employees, moustache and beards must be properly and
neatly trimmed.
Those provided with uniforms must treat them with care and
keep them clean and in good condition.
If the uniform is damaged before the renewal time due to
negligence, the respective Employee shall tailor a new one at
his/her own cost.
On Friday, Employees are allowed to wear a casual clothe, such as
jean trousers, batik clothe, koko clothe, or collared shirt.
For any reason, Employees are prohibited to use any kind of
