of their work time and finish at the end  of the working hours
                 unless the Employee is required to work overtime.
              5.  In order to start the Job at the commencement of work time, the
                 Employee shall be in the Bank's premises no later than 10 minutes
                 prior to commencement of working hours.
              6.  An Employee who is unable to attend on an acceptable reason
                 should inform the supervisor immediately and get approval for his
                 or her absence on the same day before 10.00 am.
              7.  If the Employee is  unable to contact his / her immediate
                 supervisor, he / she may provide information through the Human
                 Resources (HR) division.
              8.  At the time  the Employee has returned to work, he or she is
                 required to submit  a valid written  proof to the  head of
                 department by filling out the attendance confirmation provided
                 by the Human  Resources division through Human  Resources
                 Information System (HC Plus) upon entry to work.

                                         Article 13
                                     Employee’s Rights

              1.  Employee with title Senior Clerk, Clerk and Non Clerk shall have
                 the right to overtime Salary.
              2.  Every Employee shall be entitled to give opinion, proposal and
                 suggestion to his/her superior.

                                          Article 14
                                   Employee’s Obligations

             Employees are required to:
              1.  Comply with the Collective Labor Agreement.
              2.  Provide factual  personal information about him-/herself and
                 about his/her previous working experience to the Bank.
              3.  Carry out the Job properly, full of responsibility, professional and
                 honest.
              4.  Perform all tasks or instructions which is reasonable assigned to
                 him/her by the Bank with respect  to his/her Job, including
