5. Stipulate regulations or work discipline in the Bank as agreed by
the Union and in compliance with the prevailing laws.
6. Place Employees in the Bank’s working areas based on the Bank’s
needs and business demand in accordance with BMI CLA article 9
Point 6.
Article 16
Management’s Obligation
Management is required:
1. Provide Salary, overtime Salary and Employee’ rights in
accordance with Collective Labor Agreement and employment
regulation.
2. To obey the Collective Labor Agreement and prevailing manpower
laws and regulations.
3. To grant Employee’s rights in accordance to this Collective Labor
Agreement and prevailing manpower laws and regulations.
4. To advance Employee’s career progress based on the Bank’s
condition and in accordance to his/her skills and ability.
5. To pay attention to Employee’s training and development in
accordance to the Bank’s condition.
Article 17
Prohibitions for the Employees
Employees are prohibited to:
1. Carrying/using Bank's goods/equipment, including data out of the
Bank's premises without written approval from the Management
or authorized person.
2. Conducting Job that is not in his/her scope of responsibility
without prior acknowledgment from the Management.
3. For whatever reason having working relations with other
companies without written approval from the Management.
4. Lending Bank's properties entrusted to him/her or using them to
earn money.
5. Carrying, storing or drinking alcoholic beverages or being under
