the influence of alcohol in the Bank environment.
              6.  Carrying, storing, abusing psychotropic substances or the like in
                 the Bank environment.
              7.  Doing all kinds of gambling within the Bank
              8.  Arguing or fighting with fellow employees within the Bank.
              9.  Committing immoral acts or sexual harassment within the Bank.
              10. Carrying firearms/weapons or any kind of hazardous material into
                 the Bank’s premises without prior  approval from the
                 Management.
              11. For any reason to receive or request gifts, or the granting of
                 pleasure in any form from customers or suppliers of the Bank, or
                 third parties having a business relationship with the Bank.
              12. Giving / carry out the data and/or personal  and confidential
                 information and non-public information concerning consumers, or
                 confidential Bank information to third parties, in any way.
              13. Neglecting  cybersecurity procedures. For example, opening
                 phishing emails or downloading malicious software  that could
                 allow hackers to access Bank systems.

                                         Article 18
                                    Bank Confidentiality

              Bank  business  activities  are built on customer trust and customer
              confidentiality, so every employee is required to maintain customer
              trust and bank secrecy both while he is an employee and after he is
              no longer an employee.


              If due to their negligence in maintaining confidentiality it results in
              losses to the customer or the Bank, then the Employees or former
              Employees can be prosecuted by law.
