CHAPTER VI
HOLIDAYS, LEAVES, AND PERMISSION
Article 20
Holidays
Unless requested to work overtime, the Employee is not required to
work on official holidays announced by the Government of the
Republic of Indonesia and Bank Indonesia with conditions:
a. Employees that is entitled to overtime who are required to work
on official holidays will receive overtime Salaries,
b. Employees with the level of officer above who are required to
work on official holidays will receive an additional rest day equal
to the number of days in which they are supposed to be on
holiday or receive benefits as stipulated in the Bank's rules.
Article 21
Annual Leave
1. The purpose of providing annual rest is to provide an opportunity
for employees to recover from fatigue and have time with their
families.
2. In order to achieve this goal, the Employees must make a rest
plan beforehand.
3. Every 1 month period that passes, the Employees is entitled to 1
day of rest with a wage.
4. Employeess who pass the 3-month probationary period are
entitled to 3 days of rest.
5. Management may allow Employeess to take annual breaks within
the same working year.
6. The amount of annual leave adjusted for the period of
employment as follows:
0BYear of Service Leave Entitlement
1 to 5 years 15 working days
>5 to 9 years 18 working days
More than 9 years 21 working days
