CHAPTER V
                                      WORK FACILITY
                                         Article 19
                                     Work Equipments

              1.  The office equipment shall be used during working hours and for
                 official use.
              2.  The Management shall provide suitable work equipment to be
                 used by Employee in performing his/her job.
              3.  Employee is prohibited from taking such work equipment outside
                 the office without written approval from the Management.
              4.  Employee is liable to any cost of damage of the Bank’s office
                 equipment caused by his/her negligent or deliberate act.
