performing other people's  Job  that is  not his/her  routine  in
                 emergency cases.
              5.  Carry out the Management decisions regarding mutation,
                 promotion, or demotion.
              6.  Storing, safeguarding the security and safety and confidentiality
                 of all information considered as confidential to the Bank,
                 obtained by the Employee due to his/her position as well as
                 within his/her association within the Bank.
              7.  Always maintain courtesy and decency and social norms in
                 society.
              8.  Maintain cleanliness and neatness within his/her own work
                 environment and personal health.
              9.  Obey and keep work safety and prevent any possibility of event
                 that might endanger him-/herself or the surrounding, including
                 fellow Employees, his/her superior, and any goods and/or
                 equipment belonging to the Bank or the customers.
              10. Keep and maintain  all assets owned by the Bank that are
                 entrusted or used in carrying out work so that they are always in
                 good condition, both  digital and  non-digital assets, and are not
                 used for interests that are not related to work.
              11. Respect the Management, fellow Employees, as well as Bank’s
                 guests or customers.

                                         Article 15
                                   Management’s Rights

              Management is entitled to:
              1.  Assign proper Job or assignment to the Employees.
              2.  Assign employees to work overtime.
              3.  If necessary  on  the  basis  of  considerations for  the  health  and
                 safety of the Employee, instruct the Employee to have his health
                 checked at a doctor/clinic/hospital appointed by Management at
                 Bank's expense
              4.  Demand for a work performance according to the target
                 determined by the Management and informed such a target to
                 Employee.
