2. Do you think that it’s necessary to ask for a doctor’s advice even though the
case is just simple?
Sample answer:
That is certainly true, since not all cases are the same. We can’t just ask somebody’s medication
for common colds or allergies or buy an Over-The-Counter drug with out the prescription of a
doctor and have it applied or introduced to our patient because our body is different from oth-
ers. The doctor still has to check the patient to verify what kinds of medication and treatment
are safe to be given to a certain client.
3. If the doctor advices you to do something for your health, do you usually
follow?
Sample answer:
Yes, I always follow. I find the doctor’s advice very important to speed up treatment and recov-
ery. I religiously practice the health teachings, which I have learned from him to be able to live
healthier and longer.
1. You are a doctor. A patient asked you for an advice on healthy life style to
avoid Urinary Tract Infection. He’s about to recover from this disease.
Sample answer:
Your full recovery depends on you. I only guided you on what to take for your medication and
be treated at the most possible length of time. Now, if I tell you the do’s and don’ts in order to
be U.T.I. free, I expect that you will follow with or with out me around. Okay, you have to avoid
eating salty foods and drink lots of water for proper dilution of your urine together with your
right intake of vitamin supplements and have enough rest and sleep. You should always ob-
serve proper hygiene every time you urinate. Proper hand washing is another way of prevent-
ing the re-infection of U.T.I.
2. Your one-year- old daughter finally recovered from Diarrhea with severe de-
hydration. The doctor had issued a May-Go-Home Consent for your baby.
You then ask the doctor’s advice to know the things that you have to avoid
for your baby’s safety.
Sample answer:
I would like to thank you so much for curing my baby. I thought that I would lose her because
of my negligence. I have learned my lesson now. I should balance work from my baby’s needs.
What then must I do in order to be safe from re-infection of Diarrhea? I perfectly understand
now the value of cleanliness. I maybe clean, but not thoroughly clean. Now, I know that I must
sanitize everything at home.
