garding certain illnesses that’s been affecting the metropolis. In doing so, we may be decreas-
ing the rate of illness in a certain area thus having a healthier environment.

The Urinary Tract Infection is not malignant and it is curable, if you follow the course of treat-
ment, which I will give you and return for follow-up check-up after a week of medication. Re-
garding the signs and symptoms which you feel every now and then, it is mainly because of the
consistency of your urine. You see, our bladder is where we store our urine, which is a by-prod-
uct or the waste materials that are being drained from the food that we eat and our unwanted
body fluids. Since you love to eat salty foods and you drink less water to replenish and dilute
the excess amount of salt from your urine, it’s then crystallized thus making your urine more
concentrated and unhealthy. Due to your inconsistent and improper bladder emptying, the
stored crystallized urine becomes even more concentrated, thickened, and it develops more
crystals which cause the pricking, painful and burning sensation as well as your difficulty in
bladder emptying.

2. You are a nurse attending to a mother with a 1 year old daughter wants to
know why she is experiencing such signs and symptoms. The child was di-
agnosed of Diarrhea with Severe Dehydration because of too much lost of
body fluids and electrolytes.

Madam, the medical staff is doing all their best in treating your kid from severe dehydration

symptoms that we see in her like bulging fontanel, dry lips and mucosa and the absence of
tears. These cardinal signs are fatal, and this can lead to death with out immediate treatment.
That’s the main reason too why we have to admit her. She needed to replace the lost electro-
lytes and fluids in her body to replenish her entire system and to be cured from dehydration
aside from stopping the bacteria causing Diarrhea.
