Yes, it’s no big deal for me. After all, as an employee, I am bound to follow campaigns.
Such campaigns are made for the betterment of the company and every single soul
belonging in the company.
1. You are a Manager of a Pre-need Insurance Company. There’s a threat on
your business about fraud. You’re explaining to your team on how to pre-
vent fraudulent transactions and the outcomes of such undesirable and un-
lawful action.

As agents, you should prevent fraudulent transactions. Fraudsters can be agents,
holders, and physicians as well. The main motive of this insurance crime is financial
gain. The underwriters have informed us of agents issuing health insurance to clients
having pre-existing health conditions. I understand that you want to earn more and
your clients want to pay lower premiums. However, the company can have access to
their medical history, and they can be denied some benefits stated in their policy. I
hope all of you would internalize this reminder, so we could protect the insurance
company and most of our policyholders.
2. There are allegations that some of your staff had deviated from standards.
If you were the manager, what will you tell your supervisors about consider-
ing your agents?
