                  By concentrating on the major metrics, it will be easy to have perfect performance.
                  Know your targets. Go the extra mile, and aim for more room of improvement and
                  perfection. Practice makes perfect.

               3.  How was it important to set strategies in achieving your goals?


                  Sample answer:
                  Setting a strategy will help you monitor accomplishments.  Everything we do must
                  be assessed regularly. Never leave any minute wasted. Aim for better performance to
                  achieve your goal.






               1.  If you were an agent of a call center company, what factors should you con-
                  sider in order for you to be the number one agent? Lay out your plan of ac-
                  tion.

                  Sample answer:
                  First, I would concentrate on delivering a good pitch. Second would be working on my
                  pronunciation and diction. In doing so, it would be a lot easier to please them more
                  customers. I’ll take note of my English accent because it makes me sound more cred-
                  ible. An agent should be confident over the phone to be able to close a transaction
                  successfully. If all my actions are correct, with the right time and right factors that I’ve
                  all laid upon, I’ll be the next number one agent of my company.

               2.  How would you earn respect from other employees through high perfor-
                  mance ratings? Let’s just say that you are a sales agent of a top grossing
                  realty group of companies.

                  Sample answer:
                  One would earn respect by hitting numbers or by closing more sales. Show consisten-
                  cy aside from productivity. I would take advantage of every opportunity that knocks.
                  As long as I don’t hurt other people, there’s no way that I should worry about reaching
                  my goal and leaving others left behind. I can then share my secrets in achieving such
                  high performance, when this time comes. Once I am already the boss, I’ll be coaching
                  the new employees who once we’re just like me. If I am able to follow such path, surely,
                  I’ll be a role model for such high performance.
