The expression of appreciation
Kim: Frankly speaking, I’d like to ask you just one more question on this transaction for Super
Sensor Industrial Robot, SSIR-1204/1205, Mr. Clerk.
Clerk: Sure, go right ahead. I’ll do my best to answer your question.
Kim: Do you think our products such as Super Computer and Notebook are competitive enough
in the current international market? I want you to be very honest on this.
Clerk: On the point of price, yes, but in the terms of its long term warranty service, I would have
to say no. Why don’t you think it over? You can also look at how other products offer warranty.
Maybe you can make your service more competitive. You can’t be too far behind from the
competition.
Kim: I’ll keep that in mind. Thanks for your honest opinion and thank you too for sparing so much
of your precious time for this special negotiation. I learned a lot from our meeting. I hope we
can meet again soon to exchange notes.
Clerk: You know we are in the same boat together. I’d be happy to help you out anytime you want!
Don’t hesitate to call me if you need anything. I’ll do my best to help you.
