hicle is in good working condition. Of course, we should only get the best driver we have in the
company. We cannot entrust the safety of our guests to less than the best. I hope that all these
preparations will help in making our guests’ trip a memorable and informative one.
2. Give the itinerary and schedule of an important client to your company sec-
retary. Give orders as to the fetching and picking-up of your guest.

also take him there. At 4pm, Mr. Trump has to be picked up and then brought to Shang Hotel.
Please instruct the driver to accommodate all requests of Mr. Trump. You are also tasked to
make sure that he is comfortable the whole time he is here. You will be his secretary for the
duration of his stay.
