Arrange a car
Richard: How long will it take us to get to the showroom and factory?
Yoon: Actually the showroom is at our company and the factory is located in Suwon. It’s only a short
drive. OK, shall we go now? We can arrange for a car to pick you in front of the entrance.
Richard: Oh, thank you. Let’s go, Mr. Yoon.
Yoon: Well, the car is parked on a side street, but it will drive round to the front entrance. Would
you mind waiting for a moment? It won’t take long.
Richard: That’s not a problem. Sure, go ahead. I’ll wait for you, Mr. Yoon.
(After some time)
Yoon: Here we are. Mr. Richard. I’m proud to show you our showroom. I hope you like it. Take
your time in looking at our items. Our receptionists will guide you. You can manipulate our
items on display.
Richard: Oh, it’s surely beautiful, and I like the classy interior of your showroom. Do you have
many overseas clients who visit here? I think they’re also impressed by this showroom, right?
For how long have you had this showroom?
Yoon: Yes, we have quite a few foreign investors and clients who come here. This showroom has
been in use for five years now.
1. What mode of transportation do you use for clients or guests who visit your
plant or office?

We have a luxury car for important visitors and we have available coasters for our guests.
2. How efficient is your transportation service?
Sample answer:
It’s very satisfactory and efficient. We have very careful drivers and we have a team of accom-
modating guides and receptionists who plan the tour.
3. Do you provide a transportation service to your employees or staff?
Sample answer:
A coaster that takes them to the office and the plant also provides our staff. This is a free service
offered by the company. The coaster arrives and leaves at certain designated spots. The service
