                  Good Morning, Mr. Soo! Your day starts with a 9am board meeting at the company boardroom.
                  Then you are scheduled to have a plant visit at 1 in the afternoon. Please don’t forget that you
                  have a formal dinner with some of our American Business Partners at the hotel later in the eve-
                  ning. Your driver for today is Mark. Please let me know if you want to change something about
                  your schedule today. Have a nice day!
               2.  You are a secretary / receptionist of your company director. So many callers
                  have been trying to have an appointment with him within the day. However,
                  he is not free because of previous engagements. How do you explain this
                  politely to the callers?

                  Sample answer:
                  Good morning, I’m sorry to tell you that Mr. Soo has a full day ahead. He is not available for any
                  meeting today. I can take a message for him, or I can book you for a meeting on another day. I
                  hope you understand. You can leave your number so that I can return your call and inform you
                  about his availability.
