Opening Session of the Asian-African Conference

The Archives of the Asian-African Conference (KAA) preserve the historical
memory of the 1955 meeting of 29 countries in Bandung in the form of 37
files containing 1,778 pages of textual documents, 565 photographs, and 7
rolls of film. This entire valuable collection is now stored at the National
Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), becoming a unique and
priceless world heritage, as well as an important witness to the birth of the
spirit of peace, independence, and international cooperation.
