Tips: To catch, keep your fist by your chin and drop your
                right shoulder so that your elbow lowers to your hip. Keep

                your elbow tucked in and pressed tightly against your hip to
                absorb any impact.

                Jab, catch with left elbow, left uppercut, right hook.

                Jab, catch with right elbow, right uppercut, cross.
                Tips: Extend your knees slightly when throwing the right
                uppercut, then slightly pivot on the ball of the rear foot so
                your toes are pointed forward when throwing the cross.


                Jab, half step back, jab, cross, right uppercut.
                Tips: Keep your lead foot in place as you take a half step
                back with the rear foot. You can lean your shoulders back
                slightly to create more distance between you and a punch
                that is closing in quickly.


                Jab, slip left, left uppercut, right hook.
                Jab, slip left, left uppercut, right hook, cross.

                Last 30 seconds of round: pendulum steps (pages 23–
                26).

                1 minute Kick-Back Burpee to Plank Push-Ups (page
                62).

                1 minute Jump Squats (page 56).

                1 minute Mountain Climber Burpees (page 63).



                ROUND 4




                Jab and step off left, step back with left uppercut.
                Tips: Push off the left foot to bring your weight back to the

                center line in your boxing stance. Keep the lead foot in
                place.
