Tips: Lower your level slightly as you drive your rear foot
                into the floor, creating momentum to pivot on the ball of

                your lead foot.


                Pivot back 90 degrees.





                Tips: Drive your rear foot into the floor as you pivot on the
                ball of your lead foot to return to your initial position.

                Last 30 seconds of round: pendulum steps (pages 23–
                26).
                Tips: Remember to shift your weight over the foot on the

                center “X” by leaning your shoulders forward, backward,
                and from side to side.
