Jab, cross, diagonal step throwing right uppercut,
                cross.

                Tips: Take a diagonal step forward with your left foot so that
                it is slightly ahead of your right foot as you throw the right
                uppercut. Pivot on the ball of your left foot as you throw the
                cross.



                PLYOMETRIC ROUND




                Jumping Lunges (page 61): 3 sets.

                Jump Squats (page 56): 3 sets.



                ROUND 3




                Jab, cross, step left throwing right hook to the body,
                cross.



                ROUND 4




                Level change, jab to your target’s head, then jab to

                your target’s body and quickly follow up with a cross,
                step to the left as you weave to avoid any
                counterpunches, continue to circle out.

                Tips: Keep your hands by your chin as you level change.
                Keep your lead arm extended as you circle out and away
                from any potential advance and counter.
