COMBINATION 7
Body shot, hook, cross
Lower your lead forearm until the inner angle of your elbow
is 90 degrees and rotate around the waist to throw the body
shot with the lead hand. Then, lift and lock your lead elbow
at about 90 degrees and rotate around the waist to throw
the hook.
COMBINATION 8
Jab, double body shot
To throw a double body shot, lower your rear forearm to get
a 90-degree angle in your elbow, rotate around the waist,
and pivot on the ball of your rear foot as you connect the
body shot with the knuckles on your fist. Retract and repeat
with your lead hand. Plant your rear heel into the ground as
throw the body shot with your lead hand (do not pivot your
lead foot).
COMBINATION 9
Jab, body shot with rear hand, thrust with lead hand
After you throw your body shot, throw the thrust punch by
lowering your lead forearm to get a 90-degree inner angle in
your elbow, then rotate around the waist and connect the
knuckles of your fist to the center line of the body of your
target.
