Make sure that your wrist, elbow, and shoulder are parallel
                when throwing the hook.



                COMBINATION 11




                Jab, uppercut, cross

                Do not pull your elbow back to start throwing the uppercut,
                as doing so exposes your chin to make you an open target.



                COMBINATION 12




                Step off, hook, cross
                Take a lateral step with the rear foot, keeping the lead foot
                in place, as you lift your elbow. Simultaneously, rotate

                around the waist to throw the lead hook. Step the rear foot
                back to its initial position as you turn your wrist and extend
                your rear arm to throw the cross.



                COMBINATION 13




                Step off, cross, hook

                Take a lateral step with the lead foot, keeping the rear foot
                in place, as you turn your wrist and extend your rear arm to
                throw the cross. Step the lead foot back to its initial position
                as you lift your elbow. Simultaneously, rotate around the

                waist to throw the lead hook. Make sure that your wrist,
                elbow, and shoulder are parallel when you throw the hook.
