Southpaw Uppercut



                COMBINATION 18





                Cross, body shot, hook
                Pivot on your rear foot, rotate around the waist, and extend
                your arm to throw the cross and add reach to your punch.
                Unwind at the waist and plant your rear heel into the ground
                as you throw the body shot.



                COMBINATION 19





                Cross, lead uppercut, cross
                Remember to rotate around the waist, shift you rear
                shoulder forward, and pivot on the ball of the rear foot to
                throw the cross. For the uppercut, drop your forearm to get
                between a 45 and 90-degree angle in your elbow, then

                rotate around the waist to throw the punch upward and
                outward.
