Take a lateral step with the rear foot, keeping the lead foot
                in place, as you turn your wrist and extend your lead arm to

                throw the jab. Step the rear foot back to its initial position as
                you throw the rear uppercut.



                COMBINATION 15




                Step off, double jab
                Take a forward step with the lead foot, keeping the rear foot
                in place, as you turn your wrist and extend your lead arm to

                throw the jab. Lower your level as you throw a second jab to
                the body of the target.



                COMBINATION 16




                Jab, cross, jab
                Turn your wrist on the jab and cross to connect your

                knuckles to the target. Retract after each punch.


                COMBINATION 17





                Jab, cross, lead uppercut
                Turn your wrist on the jab and cross to connect your
                knuckles to the target. When throwing the lead uppercut,
                make sure to lower your lead forearm (try not to pull your

                elbow behind you) and rotate around the waist.
