15. Fuel IN
Try to reduce direct contact of your skin with fuel. In case of contacting the fuel, immediately clean the skin
contacting the fuel directly with soap and fresh water. DI
16. General workshop tools and equipment

It’s very important to keep all the tools and equipment always good, and ensure their correct operation during
the use. EG
Don’t use any tool or equipment for any purpose contrary to its design function. Don’t make the crane, jack,
axle, chassis support or sling bear any load more than its maximum loading capacity. The damage caused by

overload is not certainly displayed immediately, and may cause serious accident during next application.

Don’t use any damaged or poor tool or equipment, especially some high-speed equipment, e.g. grinding wheel.
The damaged grinding wheel can be cracked without warning, and lead to serious injury. AX
In case of using the grinding wheel, chisel or sanding machine, wear the appropriate eye protector.
In case of adopting the sanding machine, handling the asbestos materials or spraying equipment for work, be

sure to wear the appropriate breathing mask.

The ventilators capable of controlling the dust, fog or smoke content in the environment must be available.
17. Lubricant and grease ST
● Avoid long-time or repeated contact with mineral grease. All the lubricating oil and grease are irritant to
your eyes or skin.

● Avoid long-time or repeated contact with oil, especially used oil.

● Wear the protective working clothes. Please use the insulating gloves if possible.

● Don’t put the oily rags into the pocket.
● Don’t make the clothes stained with oil, especially underwear.
● Don’t wear dirty clothes or oiled shoes. Clean whole set of tooling regularly. EL
● For the outer skin injury and other body injuries, perform first aid immediately.

● Before starting the work, apply the skin-protection cream to your skin for easy removal of oil.

● Flush with soap and water to ensure no oil (with the help of skin-protection cream). Substitute the removed
natural skin grease with wool grease.
● Don’t clean the skin with gasoline, kerosene, diesel, gas oil, diluent or solvent.
● If the skin is not comfortable, seek for immediate medical treatment.

● If possible, remove the oil dirt before applying the parts.

● If the risk of entry into eyes exists, wear the safety glasses or face mask; e.g. chemical safety glasses or
mask; in addition, the eye-flushing equipment shall be available.
Attentions for environmental protection:
● Any wasted oil or oil filter shall be delivered to the specified waste handling site of officially
approved waste handler or waste oil recycling company. If any doubt on waste handling, contact with local

relevant departments.
● It’s illegal to pour the waste oil on the ground, into the sewer, drainage ditch or water source; the pollution
regulations will be changed in different regions.
18. Noises
High-decibel noises will be produced during some operations, which may lead to acoustic trauma. At this

time,wear the appropriate hearing protection equipment.
