Lighting-Lighting system

Inspection on vehicle

1. Check the three in one controller
circuit
(a). Disconnect the connector of three in one
controller, and check the connection
terminal of the wire according to the
following table.

Standard value
Connection pin of multimeter Conditions Standard value
9-grounding Ignition switch OFF→ON 20-28V
6-grounding Switch of small lamp OFF→ON 0V→above 18V
7-grounding Switch of front fog lamp OFF→ON 0V→above 18V
(b). Connect the connector of three in one controller, and check the back of connection terminal
according to the following table.
Standard value:

1- grounding Not change 20-28V
2- grounding Switch of rear fog lamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥18V
3- grounding Switch of rear fog lamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥ 18V
5- grounding Switch of rear fog lamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥ 18V
6- grounding Switch of small lamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥ 18V
7- grounding Switch of front fog lamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥ 18V
8- grounding Switch of headlamp OFF→ON 0V→﹥ 18V
54 9- grounding Ignition switch OFF→ON 20-28V→20-28V

12- grounding Switch of dangerous warning 0V→0-﹥18V (60 to 120 times per
OFF→ON minute)

2. Inspect the function of getting on lighting system
(a). The getting on lighting system controls the inside lamp assembly.
(b). Check if the door lamp is lit when any door is opened. Check if the door lamp is extinct at
any of the following situations:
• 15 seconds after all doors are closed.
• Ignition switch is at ON position and all doors are closed.
• All doors are closed and locked.
